Weekly Classes
At Mind & Body Therapeutic Connections, we respect that the gym or yoga studio are not for everyone. Therefore, we offer some classes to help you access yoga and fitness in a safe, accepting environment. Our classes are intentionally very small and geared towards our client's individual needs.
Maybe you are nervous about trying yoga, feel that you won't be good at it, or think that yoga is not for you based on things like gender, age, race, or body type?
If you would answer yes to any of these, I encourage you to reach out to us. The mental, emotional, physical, and, for some, spiritual benefits of yoga and fitness can be life changing. We would love to help you overcome the obstacles so you can experience what yoga and fitness have to offer.
If you are interested in trying fitness and/or yoga, but the times below do not work for you, please let us know and we can accommodate.
