Jenn will employ a combination of techniques that feel most comfortable for you, believing strongly that you are your best guide to healing. She believes it’s very important for you to be engaged in the therapeutic process and understand that growth and healing can take time, patience, and great self-compassion. Self-discovery rarely happens in one or two sessions.
Jenn's process is very person centered and will proceed at your pace. She looks forward to walking with you towards greater internal and external wholeness and peace. Jen believes “There is no courage without fear.” and “We are the space in which love resides.” Coming to therapy means that you have the courage to turn inward and face that which may be holding you back and to love yourself completely.

During her free time, she loves running, hanging with friends and family, reading copiously, spending time in nature, blogging, traveling wherever and whenever she can and sometimes doing crazy things like jumping out of airplanes.
