While in the Master’s program at ECU, Kelee practiced through a strengths-based and solution-focused lens, laying the groundwork for her therapeutic philosophy today. Kelee believes all individuals are capable and resourceful. She works collaboratively with clients to reach goals in a non-judgmental setting. Kelee utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including: CBT, TFCBT, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and systemic theories. She specializes in finding therapeutic relief for those struggling with trauma, grief, adjustment to life events, anxiety, and relationships.

Kelee understands that conventional therapeutic methods are not for everyone; sometimes people respond better when they are being active. The Mind and Body office allows her the space to expand upon conventional talk therapy by giving clients the ability to individually tailor their therapeutic needs.

Kelee was born and raised in Washington state. She moved to North Carolina in 2018 to pursue her Master’s Degree and professional licensure.
