At Mind & Body, we recognize that stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotions can have negative effects on our body. Similarly, aches and pains in our body can effect our emotional well-being. Therefore, we offer massage therapy to help treat all of you...mind and body.

Massage Modalities Offered:
Swedish-This therapy is the most common type of massage therapy, primarily for relaxing and to relieve pain.
​
Deep Tissue-This therapy targets chronic tension in muscle groups. The techniques involve slow strokes with direct pressure that go across the muscle.

Sports-Sports therapy is focused and systematic, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport or athletic lifestyle.

Myofascial Release-This therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues.

Prenatal-This is therapeutic bodywork designed for pregnant women that involves gentle and relaxing manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to help alleviate pain and enhance well-being.

Chair Massage-This massage focuses on high tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders and arms. Chair massages are for people who may have had blood clots in the past but are cleared by their doctor to have an upper body massage.

Lymphatic Drainage-This massage involves gently massaging areas of the body to move excess lymph fluid away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels so they can get rid of toxins.

Craniosacral Therapy-This is a noninvasive treatment that is good for relieving pain which involves gentle rocking motions and stretching movements on your limbs to promote relaxation and release.

Trigger Points $10--Trigger Point therapy targets specific points in the muscles, helps restore movement and increases flexibility. This therapy increases temperature and blood flow through the muscles promoting relaxation.

Cupping $10- This therapy provides a healthier blood flow and stimulates proper healing at a cellular level, releasing toxins.

Sugar Scrub Foot Massage $10-- Foot massages improve circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain. A sugar scrub acts as a gentle and very effective exfoliator helping to remove dead skin cells, revealing soft fresh skin underneath.
