Chris is a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. He is a graduate of Gwinnett College in Raleigh N.C. He enjoys working with all types of people to promote healing and relaxation. Chris’ journey into this field was deeply personal—after experiencing a car accident in his early 20s, he required both physical and massage therapy to recover. The positive impact of massage therapy played a major role in his decision to pursue it as a career. Having experienced firsthand how pain can make daily life challenging, he is dedicated to helping his clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and work toward healing.

Chris has worked with many clients who have experienced trauma, and he approaches each session with empathy, understanding, and care. His top priority is ensuring his clients feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. He creates a welcoming environment by clearly explaining his procedures, actively listening to each client’s needs, and establishing strong communication. Throughout the massage, he checks in regularly to ensure the pressure and techniques are suited to the client’s comfort level. He encourages open and honest feedback, empowering clients to speak up about their needs at any time during their sessions. He respects the clients’ boundaries and preferences and just wants the client to know that they are seen, heard, and understood during the time spent with him. This is their time for healing, rest and relaxation, and Chris wants this to be the best time in their day!

Adding to the warm atmosphere of his practice, Chris brings his Guide Dog for the Blind, Jenko, to work with him. Jenko’s presence often brings a smile to clients’ faces, though he will remain outside the treatment room during sessions. For those with allergies or discomfort around dogs, Jenko can be placed in a separate area for the clients comfort.

Outside of the massage room, Chris enjoys spreading joy by playing the role of Santa Claus and is passionate about magic. He also loves cooking, spending time with his wife, Geri, and relaxing with his dogs. While Jenko accompanies him to work, his beagle, Bailey, is always there to welcome him back home.
