Olivia Vogel is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner committed to fostering significant and meaningful relationships with patients of all ages. Olivia possesses a decade of experience encompassing all facets of mental health care. She employs a holistic approach to patient-centered care, addressing the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical needs of her patients to assist them in achieving their treatment objectives. The holistic perspective on patient care emphasizes that true wellness originates internally, with all components of an individual's existence interconnected and dependent on each other for overall well being.

 

Olivia provides medication management for a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. She emphasizes that the relationship between patient and provider should be a collaborative partnership founded on effective communication and problem solving. Olivia integrates the latest evidence-based research into her practice to provide the safest and most effective care for her patients. She demonstrates a strong commitment to this profession by consistently seeking to enhance her understanding and expertise in the field.

 

Olivia prioritizes a healthy lifestyle and takes pleasure in various physical activities, including working out, hiking, strength training, running, and practicing mindfulness. Before embarking on her healthcare career, she served as an exercise specialist and health coach, where she gained insight into the significance of physical movement for mental well-being. In her down time she values spending quality time with family, friends and of course her pets!
