Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy

At Mind & Body, all of our therapists are Master's level clinicians. They hold different degrees and vary in their therapeutic approaches and specialties. When searching for a therapist, it is not necessarily a one size fits all. It is important to choose a therapist who is right for you and your treatment needs. However, sometimes you may not know exactly what you need until you begin engaging in the therapeutic process. Therefore, at Mind & Body, we work as a team to assist each other in serving our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will have a primary therapist to guide you on your journey to healing. However, we can draw on the expertise of our teammates, if need be.
