Trevor Monreal,
Operations Manager,
Certified Life Coach
Trevor has been in management all of his adult life. He started as a floor manager for Dow Chemical in California. After a transfer, Trevor was able to finish his college education at Michigan State University. He was immediately hired at Desert Forest Golf Club, the premier golf club in Arizona, to manage the golf maintenance operation. Trevor retired as a Golf Course Superintendent in early 2020 after 25 years in the golf industry.
Starting in 2010, Trevor assisted his wife in starting up a counseling practice in Chandler, Arizona. The practice grew and eventually a second location was added. Trevor assumed the role of CFO for the practice and
also handled many of the day-to-day details of the operation.
Trevor is also a Certified Life Coach and has been coaching for over 12 years. Trevor began life coaching as a ministry in his church. In 2010, after helping his wife start her practice, he began to utilize his coaching expertise with individual clients and facilitating small groups.
Trevor offers a supportive, conversational environment where he can help clients confront self-limiting beliefs and form a viable strategy for moving toward a life goal. Drawing from his own faith, self-restoration, and experience, Trevor enjoys helping clients make clear choices to navigate through life’s road blocks and transitions.
Trevor is married to Wendy Lehnertz who is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Together they have partnered to mentor couples and host seminars on an array of topics. Trevor still finds peace being on a golf course but being a “California” boy at heart, walking along the coast and hearing the waves crash is his favorite.
